Business Process Automation

Remove the repetitive work that slows your team down.

Invoices, onboarding, approvals, reconciliations, reporting: necessary work that nobody should be doing by hand. We connect your systems, add AI where documents and judgement are involved, and keep people in control of the exceptions.

Good fit when

Where this work pays off

  • Finance and operations teams copying data between tools
  • Document-heavy processes such as invoices, claims, contracts and onboarding
  • Support queues where most tickets follow a known pattern
  • Companies adding headcount just to keep up with manual processing

What we build

What you get: connected systems and visible workflows

System integrations
Reliable connections between CRM, ERP, accounting, e-commerce and internal tools, with retries and alerts when something fails.
Document reading
Data pulled from PDFs, scans and emails and checked automatically, with a person reviewing only the doubtful ones.
Workflow automation
Approvals, notifications and hand-offs written down as explicit steps, so every process is visible and auditable.
A base for the next one
Shared pipelines and monitoring so each new automation is faster to build than the last.

How it works

From a mapped process to a running automation

  1. Process mapping

Watch the work as it actually happens. Count volume, time and errors.

  2. Design the flow

Decide what is automated, what is assisted and what stays with people.

  3. Build and pilot

Run alongside the manual process until the numbers prove it. Then switch.

  4. Monitor and extend

A dashboard for throughput and exceptions. Add the next process on the same base.

A typical first engagement

What you need to bring

Discovery is a fixed-fee phase that ends in a written plan and a costed prototype scope. You can take that plan anywhere.

  • The person who does the process today, for a few hours of observation
  • Access to the systems involved, or their vendor contacts
  • A month of real documents or records to test against

Tools we typically reach for, chosen per project for fit and portability: n8n / Temporal, Python, TypeScript, REST APIs and webhooks, Zoho / HubSpot / Salesforce, Tally / SAP / NetSuite, Document AI.

Frequently asked questions

Is this the same as RPA?

RPA scripts a screen. We connect systems through their interfaces and write the workflow down explicitly, adding AI for documents and decisions. It is more robust and easier to maintain; we use RPA only where nothing else exists.

How do you measure the return?

We record hours, cycle time and error rates before the pilot and report the same numbers after. You see the difference in your own data.

What happens when an automation fails?

Every workflow retries, alerts someone and falls back to a person. Failures show on a dashboard, never silently.

Not sure which service fits?

Describe the problem in a few lines. We will tell you honestly whether it is an AI, data, automation or software problem, and what a sensible first step looks like.
